With a career spanning over two decades, Guy has built and acquired multiple companies, sharing his knowledge and experience with those eager to follow in his footsteps.
Starting in marketing services, Guy founded and grew the Charles Parry Group into a top 10 agency specialising in retail and mail order direct marketing. After selling the group in 2003, Guy faced a life-changing moment when he broke his back, prompting him to rethink his approach to business and life. This period of recovery led to a pivotal shift in his career, focusing on acquiring businesses in a way that didn’t require sacrificing personal well-being.
In 2006, Guy completed his first two business acquisitions, totalling £2.7 million, without needing substantial upfront capital. This success marked the beginning of a new chapter in his career, leading to the acquisition of 10 companies with revenues exceeding £40 million. Alongside his own ventures, Guy has guided others through deals totalling over £100 million.

Jay Allen
Jay is the visionary behind MyTrueNORTH, an ethical coaching company dedicated to empowering business owners to reach their Success Summit. With a lifelong commitment to service and support, Jay has seamlessly combined his diverse experiences to guide others in achieving significant and sustainable growth.
From an early passion for social sciences and education to serving as an Advanced Trauma Medic in the British Army, Jay's journey has been defined by a desire to help others. His expertise extends from the battlefield to the boardroom, having held leadership roles in two national supermarket chains and serving as Strategic Lead on the Exec Board for a transformational business impacting various communities, including the MoD, Emergency Services, and LGBT communities.
Jay’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his track record of buying, acquiring, or establishing four businesses from scratch. He is a two-time Global Entrepreneur ‘Big Impact to Business’ award winner and has been recognized on the Smith & Williamson ‘Clear Business Thinking’ Power 100 list.
